3pm - 4pm for 9-12 year olds
Did you know you could listen to your food? What does food taste like when you can’t see it? What happens when you can’t touch your food? And without smell - how does eating feel?
Join Deirdre from The Cool Food School where your children will experience sensory cooking and eating in this fun, interactive class - bringing the science of the senses into the kitchen!
Children will make a simple recipe before embarking on a sensory tasting journey.
Two sessions, tailored for younger and older children.
