Since its inception in 2008, West Waterford Festival of Food has been a perfect launch pad for the talents of new and emerging stars. This year’s festival is no different. We are delighted to welcome a group of newly graduated Ballymaloe culinary students to cook dinner at the unique 19th Century Dungarvan Courthouse.
We are confident of the future being bright and full of hope as these newly qualified chefs embrace local, seasonal ingredients to create a mouth-watering gastronomical feast. Stephen Cass from Cass and Co is providing a specially curated wine list for this event. Wine will be €15.00 per bottle – please bring cash!
