Badger & Dodo are coffee roasters based in Fermoy, roasting raw

Crepe Cuisine was formed in 2013 and since then has gone from

Ethiopian Vegetarian Food Stall with a weekly spot at Mahon Point Farmers

Fluffy Meringue is a family run bakery specialising in hand made
meringues and pavlova bases. We loved the festival last year and really looking

The Hartrey Kitchen is an Artisan food business based in Butlerstown Co
Waterford. They produce handmade Indian curry Pastes and spice mixes and
Authentic Indian Street food using all their own products. All dishes are made

Irish Gourmet Butter was set up by Billy and Mary Sharpe on the Dunhill
Ecopark and started production in April 2017, producing flavoured butter. Billy
and Mary might be new to the business, but butter making, as they say, is in
the genes. Mary’s grandmother was an All-Ireland butter making champion in
1936/37 and she went on to lecture in Dairy Science in Maynooth. Billy also
remembers as a child helping to make butter. Their butter took a silver award
in their category flavoured butter at Blas na hEireann, for their Garlic and
Herb Butter in 2017, and they were finalists in 2018. Only fresh produce is

Isle of Crackers are a small artisan bakery based in the seaside
village of Ballygarrett in county Wexford. We produce a scrummy range of

Jim’s Jackets baked potatoes sell Irish grown hot baked potatoes

Kerry Escargot: Established in 2016, Kerry Escargot specialises in
tasty, edible snails. Buy to keep outside on a free-range diet, or pop by the

Korean Burrito are unique in Ireland. What makes us unique is the
way we trim our meat of all fat then we tenderise it so that it will absorb the
delicious Korean spices and then we add our homemade kimchi with cheese, Asian
slaw, lettuce, spinach, sour cream and rice for a truly amazing taste.
Knockalara Farmhouse Cheeses: As founding members of the Dungarvan
Farmers Market, where we have a cheese stall every Thursday, we are looking
forward to this years West Waterford Festival of Food. Since 1990 we produce a

Smokin’ Soul is the brain child of Pitmasters Pat Conway and Jim
O’Brien. Since beginning trading in 2015 they have hit all the usual food
festivals and assured their status as the premier real deal Pitmasters of
Ireland. On the day they will be selling 100% Irish smoked meats such as beef
brisket, pork loin ribs and pulled pork along with locally sourced jerk chicken
and Macamore buffalo sausage. Using only locally sourced sustainable Irish oak

Wok ‘n Roll have been on the road for fourteen years, mostly
concentrating on festivals and music events. One side of the team trained for 7
years as a Thai chef in Australia before coming back to Ireland to open A Taste
of Thailand on Bridge St in Cork. The other also had a restaurant, and both
sold up to head out to bring great food to hungry people. Thankfully festival
