Comeragh Mountain Farm: We are a smallholding with a big heart and a
permacultural approach to farming. We are rearing poultry on pasture (chickens,
hens, turkeys, ducks and geese) and growing salad leaves, heirloom tomatoes and
other vegetables in our tunnel in Kilbrien, a peaceful corner of the Comeragh
Mountains. We have a passion for wholesome, home grown and homemade quality
food. We sell our seasonal farm produces and
other locally sourced vegetable.
Crepe Cuisine was formed in 2013 and since then has gone from
strength to strength. From humble beginnings, to trading at Croke Park for
championship games, we are now the biggest established crepe trader in the
south east. We are part of the local farmers market in the Square every
Thursday trading from 9am to 2pm. We supply a unique style crepe from our own
recipes and have always had a fantastic feedback from our loyal customers.
Dinky Donuts: Here at Dinky Donuts we make our donuts fresh to
order each and every time, topped with a variety of toppings such as our own
melted chocolate sauce and many more. Yum!
Emye is an
Ethiopian Vegetarian Food Stall with a weekly spot at Mahon Point Farmers
Market, Cork and Midleton Farmers Market also in Cork. I serve Vegetarian and
Vegan food which I learned to cook in my homeland of Ethiopia. My dishes are
wholesome, hearty and guaranteed to be full of flavour - typical

Fluffy Meringue is a family run bakery specialising in hand made
meringues and pavlova bases. We loved the festival last year and really looking
forward to coming this year. The meringues come in various flavours most

Freezin’ Friesian is a Waterford based rolled ice-cream and frozen
yoghurt company, located at Ballyhussa Farm, Kilmacthomas. Inspired and created
by three brothers David, Ivan and Tom Kiersey, Freezin’ Friesian produces
artisan ice cream and frozen yoghurt utilising their own family recipe and milk

Gourmet House: Located on The Square in Dungarvan, Gourmet House is an
artisan café with its own in house coffee blend, which fans around the country
are delighted to discover is also available for retail in SuperValu and other
retail stores across the country. The market stall will serve a full selection
of coffee prepared by expert baristas. Fresh homemade bakes and cakes made in

The Hartrey Kitchen is an Artisan food business based in Butlerstown, Co
Waterford. They produce handmade Indian curry Pastes and spice mixes and
Authentic Indian Street food using all their own products. All dishes are made
using the highest quality ingredients which are locally sourced where possible
and are also gluten free, sugar free and free from any artificial additives and
preservatives. They have a wide range of

Man of Aran Fudge: Tomás Póil grew up on Inis Oírr — one of the
three Aran Islands off the coast of Galway. Times were hard, treats were rare.
His grandmother made a toffee mixture like no other. When he was sent away to
school in Galway he treasured that taste. Time passed, the sweet memories of childhood
never left him and now you can share them too. Tomás, the Man of Aran, makes
and sells that very same original flavour today as Tiger Butter Fudge. With 24

Mezze: Nicola
and Dvir love Middle Eastern food; Dvir grew up with it and Nicola has adopted
it as her own - the vibrant salads, yummy dips and tasty flatbreads! After
returning from Israel to live in Waterford, the couple got to work setting up
Mezze in 2016 and began catering at festivals, pop up lunches & dinners as
well as stocking their products in shops and restaurants around the country.
They will bringing their street food indoors in May, opening a deli in
Tramore so watch out for that! Mezze will be serving up their delicious mezze -
salads, falafel, dips and breads at the festival this year. You can also grab
